Do You Know Your Inner Child?

What is the earliest memory you have of yourself as a child, and do you remember what you sounded like?

Often, we forget who we used to be before a drastic (or not so drastic) change occurs in our life. This often leads to a great shift in our inner self. We take on the voice of someone else (often a caretaker, such as our mothers or fathers) and incorporate it to become our own inner voice. A voice that tells us right from wrong, which can be very criticizing and guilt-inducing at times. But that isn't what you sounded like as a child, nor the way you thought either.

Your inner child is the person you were before, the child-like self that cherishes sentiments of ecstatic joy and innocence, the self that knows not body image dysmorphia or judgemental opinions. That is what I help you find. Your true self, your inner child, and work with you to allow it to blossom.

Why is it important?

How does that serve me today?

How do I speak to my inner child?

Am I scared to know more?

Let's explore.
